I am passionate, I am small,
I try to do it all.
I am kind and I am sweet,
I am nearly always upbeat.
I have enthusiasm and plenty of spirit,
Even when you might not want to hear it.
I am a leader and a feminist, a maker of change,
I will continue to fight even it's seen as deranged.
I am a woman, with very big heart,
I am a big supporter of art.
I am busy, sometimes rushed but never going to stop,
Always determined to come out on the very top.
I am dedicated, I am strong,
Plannin' ahead so things don't go wrong.
I am "fun" and I am loud,
Hoping to one day lead a crowd.
I am a motivator and a supporter, a #1 fan,
Believing in people dreams that are small or grand.
I am tired and like to sleep,
I feel emotions hard and sometimes too deep.
I am adventurous and sometimes a lil wild,
Because I know I won't always be a child.
I am a daughter, and a sister, and maybe someday a wife,
Just trying to live, prosper, flourish through life.
I am a friend I am a pal a buddy,
not ever leaving when situations get muddy.
I am happy with a constant smile,
Striving to make every moment beautiful and worthwhile.
I am a student, a good one too,
Working hard putting thought into all I do.
I am curious and want to learn,
Connections with people I love is something I deeply yearn.
I am athletic with a love for balls,
I would pick a sports game over any mall.
That is aside from the National Mall...the one that resides in D.C.,
A place that has always been so meaningful and special to me.
My future is uncertain, it's confusing that's true,
Yet nearly everyday it's "what do you want to do?"
My answer is to make a difference, in some shape, form or way,
That is what I wish... what I seem to never to say.
Because pressure in on and people want to know,
But I can't exactly tell you today where I'm going to go.
While it might not be clear and might not be what people want,
They wanted a bagel and I gave them a croissant.
